Shipping & returns

We ship to every province in Indonesia from our studio. Shipping is a flat Rp 20.000 per order.

Orders are packed after payment is confirmed. You'll get a tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the courier, and you can follow it any time on the order tracking page.

Pay by bank transfer or QRIS (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay or any mobile banking app). After you order, your order page shows exactly how much to pay and where, and lets you upload your receipt.

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours so the stock goes back to other shoppers.

If something doesn't fit or arrives with a defect, message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo or video. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

We'll arrange an exchange for another size or colour if it's in stock, or a refund if it isn't.
