Terms of sale

Placing an order reserves the items for you. The order is confirmed once we've checked your payment (bank transfer or QRIS). Unpaid orders are cancelled after 24 hours unless you've uploaded a receipt.

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping and any voucher discount are shown at checkout. A small unique code (under Rp 300) may be added to the total so we can match your payment. Prices on Shopee and TikTok Shop may differ because of platform promotions.

We sell the same stock on this site, Shopee and TikTok Shop. If an item sells out elsewhere before your payment is confirmed, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screens.
